I absolutely fell in love with this mini card from The Joyful Daisy. I thought it would be the perfect gift for my Grandfather for Father's Day. He lives far from us, and I usually send him a digital album. It's not quite done, so this was perfect to ensure he knew we were thinking of him.
The tri-fold insert was perfect for sending a few pictures.
I even made a coordinating envelope, and with the We 'R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board, it could not have been easier! I just added a Mickey sticker to the envelope wrap and addressed it.
I followed the mini-card instructions and made a 4.5"x 4" card. To fit the card I had to make a 5"x 5" envelope. Square cards take additional postage. If I were to make this card again, I would make it a rectangle size of 6"x 4" so I could use standard postage rates. If you are not mailing the card, the mini size is absolutely fun & adorable.
Products Used:
- For this project I used a number of odds & ends of Disney paper I have in my supply. They were Creative Memories products. This Mickey Mouse 12x12 paper pad, and sticker value pack from scrapbook.com would give you a similar look.
